A 33-year-old man has been named as a formal suspect and subjected to identity and residence terms after running over several people during a party in the Quinta do Mocho neighborhood in Loures on August 11, and then fleeing the scene, the Public Security Police (PSP) revealed in a statement.
To the authorities, the suspect said he ran over the group while trying to escape the area, fearing for his life and that of his six-year-old daughter after being assaulted.
The case continues to be investigated to determine the circumstances in which everything occurred.
It should be noted that on Monday, it was reported that a car drove into a crowd at a party in Quinta do Mocho, leaving two people injured.
