The Lisbon Stock Exchange closed on a high today, with the PSI index up 0.57% to 6,039.36 points, against the majority of major European exchanges.
Of the 16 listed companies making up the PSI, 12 advanced and 4 fell.
Jerónimo Martins led the gains, rising 2.34% to 25.32 euros.
Sonae SGPS, up 1.74% to €0.94, Greenvolt, up 1.59% to €6.72 and Mota-Engil, up 1% to €2.03.
Altri (€4.24), CTT (€3.38), Galp (€10.81), Corticeira Amorim (€9.99), EDP (€4.64), Ibersol (€7.24), Semapa (€13.52) and Navigator (€3.24) gained less than 1%.
In the opposite direction, EDP Renováveis led the decliners, down 0.67% to 19.30 euros.
REN (EUR 2.52), BCP (EUR 0.22) and NOS (EUR 3.44) were also down by less than 1%.
Elsewhere in Europe, Paris fell by 0.51%, Frankfurt by 0.13% and Madrid by 0.02%, while London gained 0.34%.
