The Portuguese selector, Roberto Martínez, and one player will speak to journalists at 17:00 local time (18:00 in Lisbon) in a press conference, one hour before training at the Laugardalsvöllur Stadium.
The Iceland-Portugal match, from the fourth round of qualifying Group J for Euro2024, is scheduled for 18:45 (19:45 in Lisbon) on Tuesday and will be refereed by German Daniel Siebert.
The team of the ‘quinas’ leads the group with nine points, followed by Slovakia, which has seven, and Luxembourg, with four. Bosnia and Iceland follow with three, while Liechtenstein has yet to score.
The top two finishers in the group qualify for the final round of Euro2024, which will be held in Germany.
