The Volunteer Firefighters of São Vicente and Porto Moniz were called to the scene around 09:45 this Sunday, as well as a team with 12 mountain rescue elements from the Calheta Volunteer Firefighters, supported by three vehicles. The helicopter of the Regional Civil Protection Service was also called to the scene.
