Novo Banco and Millennium BCP were the owners of the property with a total area of about 3,715 square meters.
AMCO Intermediários de Crédito has purchased a property in Vila Nova de Famalicão, where it will annex its national headquarters. The property, which was owned by Novo Banco and Millennium BCP, is located next to the access junction to the A3 (Porto-Valença) and A7 (Vila do Conde-Vila Pouca de Aguiar) highways.
The transaction was mediated by the real estate agency Medium, through its corporate department. The amount involved in the deal was not disclosed. AMCO will thus be installed in a space composed by basement, first floor and two floors, occupying a total area of around 3.715 square meters, with direct access to a traffic circle over the eastern bypass to the city of Famalicão and to the freeway network.
AMCO is leaving its offices on Avenida do Marechal Humberto Delgado, in downtown Vila Nova de Famalicão, and will occupy the property in 2023, after the completion of adaptation works. The AMCO group currently has a team of 25 employees and a network of more than 25 business partners.
Altino Osório, founder and president of the AMCO group, states that “the purchase of the new AMCO facilities means a major investment in the future, which will allow the group’s various companies to be brought together, namely AMCO Credit Intermediaries, AMCO Credit Recovery and Management and Andreia Neto Advogados”.
