The film “Truth or Dare”, an “intimate and delicate” portrait of actor and director Luis Miguel Cintra, will be released in cinemas on the 29th, it was announced today.
Directed by Sofia Marques, who worked as an actress at Teatro da Cornucópia, “Verdade ou consequência” was premiered at the last edition of DocLisboa and won the Audience Award.
It was also shown at the São Paulo International Film Festival, Porto/Post/Doc and Temps d’Images.
Produced by C.R.I.M., with financial support from the Instituto do Cinema e do Audiovisual (ICA), the film is also part of the program for the 10th anniversary of Cinema Ideal, in Lisbon, which, between August 29 and September 1, will have several special screenings featuring the director and Luis Miguel Cintra.
In “Truth or Dare”, Sofia Marques “sets out in search of “one of the most important and dearest people” in her life, adds a promotional note.
