Póvoa de Varzim is witnessing the birth of a residential development in the north of the city, in the União de Freguesias da Póvoa de Varzim, Beiriz e Argivai. It’s called Jardins D’Avenida and consists of four buildings. At the moment, blocks A and B are already being finalized and marketing has recently begun on block C, which will have 38 apartments, spread over eight floors, and the typologies will be T2, T3 and T4.

With gross areas of between 86.2 and 172.1 square meters (m2), these apartments are on sale for prices starting at 243,000 euros and their construction should be completed by the end of 2025. The real estate developer is the Vendeiro group.

Designed by Atelierdacosta – Arquitetura & Reabilitação, the Jardins D’Avenida apartments are equipped with technological solutions such as heat pumps and underfloor heating, allowing for a comfortable environment in all seasons, and photovoltaic panels “for a more sustainable energy approach”, as explained by Rúben Costa, commercial director of MEDIUM in Póvoa de Varzim, the real estate agency that is marketing the development, which is also advertised on idealista.
