The Portuguese national soccer team continues today to prepare for the match against Georgia, in the third round of Group F of Euro2024, with a training session in Marienfeld, at a time when they have secured qualification and victory in the ‘poule’.
Roberto Martínez’s side have a training session scheduled for 18:00 local time (17:00 in Lisbon) in Marienfeld, the headquarters of the Portuguese team in Germany, which will be open to the media for the first 15 minutes.
Earlier, at 17:00 local time (16:00 in Lisbon), a player to be named will speak to journalists at a press conference.
Georgia-Portugal is scheduled for 21:00 local time (20:00 in Lisbon) on Wednesday at the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen.
The Portuguese team, who beat the Czech Republic (2-1) and Turkey (3-0) in their first two games in Group F, will play one of the best third-placed teams from groups A, B or C in the last 16 on July 1 in Frankfurt.
