August is almost coming to an end, but there are still people on vacation trying to make the most of the last beach days.

For Thursday, all of Portugal will have clouds present. In some places, the sky will be slightly cloudy, while in others, especially along the coast, it will be heavily overcast.

The islands are also expected to have cloudy skies, but what about temperatures across the territory?

Temperatures for this day should not exceed 32°C, which is expected to be felt not only in Alentejo, in Évora, but also in the North, with Bragança and Vila Real having this predicted maximum.

Beja, Castelo Branco, and Braga should still be in the 30s, with highs of 31°C. The rest of the country will stay below 30°C, with Braga, Vila Real, Viseu, Leiria, and Coimbra being the districts where the temperature will be cooler.

For those on vacation in the Algarve, despite the presence of clouds, temperatures will still be warm enough for swimming, with 28°C expected and lows of 19°C.

As for the islands, the maximum temperatures will be 29°C in Santa Cruz das Flores, in the Azores, where the sky will be cloudy with high clouds. The rest of the islands will range between 27°C and 28°C for highs, with lows reaching 20°C in Angra do Heroísmo.

In the Madeira archipelago, Porto Santo is expected to be the warmest, with thermometers reaching 27°C. In Funchal, the maximum temperature is 26°C, and on both islands, minimum temperatures will reach 22°C.
